Job Description:

Should consistently add new logos to our client list

Should be able to negotiate and sign profitable placement contracts

Should be able to understand clients business, requirements and the role

Should be able to articulate the same to the recruitment team

To access fitment of the shortlisted candidates against the requirements and sending to the client with the 80% success ratio

Should be number oriented and consistently meet the collection and revenue targets

Should be willing to travel  

Location: Bangalore

Any GRADUATE,Engineers/MBA Preferred

EXCELLENT in written and verbal COMMUNICATION. English medium educated a must

2 – 4years of experience in Sales

DIRECT SELLING experience to corporate organizations is a must

Exposure in selling services to HR Heads is preferred

Should own a 2 – WHEELER
