Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business systems and identify processes that can be gainfully improved/covered under the ERP ambit
2. Create business case for the ERP-led process redesign
3. Collaborate with ERP support partner to incorporate best practices
4. Collaborate with other functional departments to manage cross-modular impact
5. Collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure audit compliances
6. Present As-Is and To-Be process maps to business process owners and seek approval
7. Decide whether reconfiguration requires expertise of external ERP partner or will be done by self
8. Initiate ERP config and monitor progress
9. Test and issue request to ERP Administrator for transfer to live environ
10. Create specification for Access Authorisation and convey to Administrator
11. Monitor quality in live environment
12. Document process and help update user manual; Train users
13. Write, test and integrate with non-ERP application programs.
14. Planning, Developing & ensuring the effective delivery of Information Systems to User departments.

Educate Users on the capabilities & uses of current systems.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Master in Business Administration

8 to 10 years of  ERP–Finance Core-User experience in a large organization

Thorough knowledge of systems analysis & design methodologies and process diagramming techniques

Design and programming using relational data base architecture

Must possess strong oral, written & communication skills.

Good knowledge of business systems like Financial Accounting, Inventory etc.
