Roles and responsibility for
Resource Manager, Spatik Consultants Pvt Ltd., Bangalore :
- To manage a team of highly charged recruitment consultants to meet individual and team target.
- To effectively and intelliegently find candidates for employers and employers for candidates Build client relationships in order to gain better understanding of the respective industry and positions to be filled up.
- Responsible to screen, interview, background check candidates and match them against requirements for Senior positions with client companies.
- Apply various methods of recruitment like networking, headhunting and referrals. (Would prefer someone who is not a job portal addict.)
- Interact with candidates and brief them about the Employer, roles and responsibilities, compensation and benefits,challenges and rewards etc.
- Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client; Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to acquire clients for manpower requirements and to find placement for candidates in our database.
- Co-ordinate between the clients and candidates to reach a mutually beneficial platform for employment
Requirements for
Resource Manager, Spatik Consultants Pvt Ltd., Bangalore :
MBA with 5+yrs of experience in rectruitment of sales / marketing professionals across industry verticals.People who have recruited Non Technical profiles for IT/Telecom verticals will be preferred.Excellent written and Oral communication.Should be able to think laterally.Very Target oriented and should have managed a team of recruiters. IT technical recruiters PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.Only Bangalore based candidates will be considered.
