Identify key industry segments & map organisations within these industries.
Create & manage a data base of key decision makers in the mapped organisations.
Build & sustain relationship with key decision makers to meet sales objectives.
Appoint & nurture large channel partners to help create & service institutional business.
Work with Govt., PSU, Railways, NGOs, Govt. hospitals, Micro finance institutions, IRCTC, State Transport organisations, etc. to meet sales objectives.
Any graduate with 5-10yrs. of exp. in Institutional sales.
Proven exp.(preferably in Consumer Durables, Appliances, Pumps, etc.)
Should have handled volume sales.
Excellent channel & institutional management, problem solving, analytical & decision making.
Mature, self-motivated & able to work independently under great pressure.
Good communication skills both verbal & written.
