- Achievement of revenue targets; New Product Sales (NPS), Software Maintenance and Services (Training and Consulting).
- Develop relationships within existing customers as well as growing new customers
- Develop and manage a funnel of activities
- Accurately Forecast business and activities within the territory
- Raise coverage and position of our client within the territory
- Document and report sales activities using an advanced CRM tool
- Address the Government & Defence Segment in India.
- Should have good knowledge of the tendering process in these organisation
Requirements for

- Degree or equivalent in engineering or a technical discipline.
- 5-8 years of effective solution selling experience with at least 2-3 years of selling into Govt & Defense accounts in India.
- Demonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales
- Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department Heads
- Self-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.
